On January 3rd, 2023, COAD mobilized to respond to a series of atmospheric river events impacting Sonoma County. COAD remained activated for 16 days, making it our longest activation to date. Dozens of COAD members contributed to the response efforts and following the storms, shared their feedback and experience through a series of After Action reflection exercises now summarized in this 2023 Winter Storms After Action report.
